Chino Basin's Watermaster on the Earth's, and your most liquid asset...water in 2K10...Kenneth R. "Ken" Manning joined the Chino Basin Watermaster as CEO on September 1 2004. Ken serves as President of the Association of Groundwater Agencies (AGWA) and Chairman of the California Groundwater Coalition (CGC). From December 1992 through March 2005, Mr. Manning served as a Board Member of the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District and appointed as its representative to the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority (WQA) board. Mr. Manning has served five one-year terms as President of the board for the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District and three one-year terms as Chairman of the WQA. During his 12 years working in the San Gabriel Valley, Mr. Manning was one of the primary architects of the plan to clean up the Basin Superfund sites and pioneered the use of recycled water to many of the large water users in the San Gabriel Valley... click the bucket | |
